Dylan Ward joined the Tempus team in August of 2022 to help maximize asset values through overseeing property management and leasing activity. Dylan works with Brad to manage all capital improvements and ensure existing and prospective leases align with Tempus’ strategy for the asset.

Before joining Tempus, Dylan worked as a Real Estate Manager for Max Alley Investments. He was responsible for managing the pipeline of commercial real estate development projects and securing new development opportunities in unestablished markets.

Dylan graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree focused in Professional Sales.
