Mark Saviers has served as General Partner of Asset Strategies of Tempus Realty Partners since 2017. Mark has 42 years of experience in developing, leasing, and acquiring office buildings, business parks, data centers, warehouses, and corporate headquarter/campuses. He began his real estate career in 1982 and spent the first 10 years in development, property management, construction, and disposition of commercial real estate with the Trammell Crow Company. Experience with the company spanned among Dallas, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Chicago. In Chicago, Mark was the Division Partner in charge of all industrial properties and companies which included an extensive property management company, a development company, and an interior construction company.
For the next 20 years, Mark was the Managing Partner of Myers, Crow, Saviers, Ltd. which developed over 1.7 million square feet of speculative office buildings in Houston. The partnership also had office developments in Memphis and Chicago.
Mark is one of the three co-founders and a current Board Member of Sage Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Northwest Arkansas and Little Rock. He’s also a Board Member of The Nature Conservancy, a Board Member of WorkMatters, a member of 50 for the Future, and is a current member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arkansas Children’s Inc., the parent company of Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
He is married to his high school sweetheart Vicki, and they are proud parents of two grown sons Marshall and John Mark and now four beautiful grandchildren. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling around the world with family and friends.
