Dylan Ward joined the Tempus team in August of 2022 to help maximize asset values through overseeing property management and leasing activity. Dylan works with Brad to manage all capital improvements and ensure existing and prospective leases align with Tempus’ strategy for the asset. Dylan works diligently to tailor a care plan for every Tempus property, making certain that each asset is well attended to and performing as planned.

Before joining Tempus, Dylan worked as a Real Estate Manager for Max Alley Investments. He was responsible for managing the pipeline of commercial real estate development projects and securing new development opportunities in unestablished markets.

Dylan graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. When he is not performing his asset management duties at work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, training for upcoming trail races, or participating in community events with his church.
