As part of the Tempus team, Brad Runsick works to maximize asset values through overseeing property management and leasing activity. Brad works directly with Tempus’ local partners on a daily basis to oversee all capital improvements and ensure existing and prospective leases align with Tempus’ strategy for the asset.

Prior to joining Tempus, Brad spent nearly eight years at Colliers International. While at Colliers, Brad led the Asset Management division that coordinated property management services for two real estate investment funds totaling 5 Million SF and $480 Million in property values.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and two kids, staying active in his church community, and exploring new and delicious foods.
